Registration<\/h2>\n

1. What is the process to register and attend the convention?<\/a><\/h3>\n

  1. Register: Register for the event by\u00a0visiting the registration page<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0Use Standard Registration<\/strong> to register alumni and family members. Use Shared Room package<\/strong> if you want to enjoy all events during the convention and share accommodation. Additional details are on the registration pages.<\/li>\n
  2. Pre-registration savings: All alumni who pre-registered, please have the coupon code handy, before you register. After making the choices on the registration page, enter the coupon code\u00a0at the bottom, before SUBMIT button.<\/li>\n
  3. Payment:\u00a0Once you submit the registration, PayPal page shows up. Make your payment using Credit card, Debit card or PayPal account. Check the total amount and complete the transaction. All payments are secure.<\/li>\n
  4. Payment Review: If you want to re-check your selection, you could use back button on browser to go back to the previous page, your selection remains intact.<\/li>\n
  5. Book your hotel room: If you have chosen Shared Room Package, the convention team will book the room for you. If you are using Standard registration, book your room at the negotiated group rate at the\u00a0Hyatt hotel portal<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Make your flight or transportation arrangements. Check out the airline discounts<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0arranged for the convention.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    2. What is the registration refund policy?<\/a><\/h3>\n
    \n

    Full refund of all cost if registration is cancelled within 3 days. After\u00a03 days,\u00a0$200 cancellation fees, after any discounts, is applied for alumni registration only.\u00a0Full refund of family adult and children registration until Aug 20, 2018. No refund on SF Bay brunch cruise. No refund after Aug 20, 2018.<\/p>\n

    In order to avoid loss of value, consider transferring the registration ticket to another alumni, instead of cancellation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    3. How do I cancel the registration?<\/a><\/h3>\n
    \n

    Send a cancellation request with your reasons for cancellation to the SF Convention Team<\/a><\/strong>, and someone will work with you to refund the money appropriately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    4. I have pre-registered, what reward should I expect?<\/a><\/h3>\n
    \n

    If you are one of the first 100 who pre-registered, you will get a discount of $50 on registration. If you made a hotel deposit, you will get $20 discount. The coupon code includes your deposits, and all additional discounts. You should expect a coupon code by e-mail, with the following value:<\/p>\n
